cer Financial are working with an international bank based in London who are looking to hire a Learning & Development Technology Business Analyst to join their Learning and Development Technology Team.

To be successful for this role you must experience with supporting the implementation of or performed BAU maintenance of SuccessFactors learning and talent modules as well as being qualified to a graduate level.

Responsibilities of the Learning & Development Technology Business Analyst will be:

Providing documentations of projects as requested by the project manager including reports and presentations
Ensuring all agreed solutions meet the business requirements and standard as well as satisfied regulatory rules
Managing the project RAID as well as working alongside the projects manager to investigate and identify risks and issues throughout the project process
Monitoring deliverables to supporting timely completion of project phases.
Supporting the testing phases of the project as well as contributing to the writing and execution of
