cer Financial are working with an international bank based in London who are looking to hire a Learning & Development Technology Business Analyst to join their Learning and Development Technology Team.

To be successful for this role you must experience with supporting the implementation of or performed BAU maintenance of SuccessFactors learning and talent modules as well as being qualified to a graduate level.

Responsibilities of the Learning & Development Technology Business Analyst will be:

Providing documentations of projects as requested by the project manager including reports and presentations
Ensuring all agreed solutions meet the business requirements and standard as well as satisfied regulatory rules
Managing the project RAID as well as working alongside the projects manager to investigate and identify risks and issues throughout the project process
Monitoring deliverables to supporting timely completion of project phases.
Supporting the testing phases of the project as well as contributing to the writing and execution of test scripts
Working alongside the HCM team and the L&D technology change team
Completing ad hoc administrative tasks as well as supporting the Head of L&D Technology including expenses, meeting organisations and claims
Creating presentations for the team to use for meetings to share ideas and findings
Regularly keeping up to date with the latest processes and any advancements within IT and modernise systems
Successfully gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and providing useful detailed reports
Providing End User support during the rollout phase as well as L&D knowledge so they can provide ongoing post live support

The Successful Learning & Development Technology Business Analyst will have:

Excellent knowledge and experience within business analysis including the production of high-quality requirement
Excellent knowledge and experience with supporting the implementation of or performed BAU maintenance of SuccessFactors learning and talent modules
Strong Knowledge of Learning and Talent best practice and operations.
Strong knowledge of End-to-end testing capability – writes scripts and scenarios, execute tests, analyse results and manage defects to resolution
Some Knowledge of Learning and Talent best practice and operations would be beneficial
A proven expertise within the L&D field
Change management experience including execution of communication plans as well as project management methodology
Previous experience within financial services would be desirable
Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Intermediate level Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook/Notes.
