Let’s talk about what you’ll be doing...

As the business-to-business arm of our brand, Virgin Media Business puts its emphasis on our voice and data solutions, consolidated services, applications and software, and our customer service – it’s the fabric of our fibre optic network!

Our two-year graduate scheme has been designed to give you outstanding solutions sales skills and become a master of B2B selling. During this time, you’ll rotate across our different sectors such as SO/SME, public sector, wholesale and/or enterprise.

The knowledge that you’ll accumulate will give you the know-how to successfully profile customers and deliver the most appropriate bespoke services to help them transform their organisations, all whilst forging and maintaining fantastic relationships in a fun-loving environment!

How are you going to get there?

Personality plays an important role in any sales position, so you should be confident, competitively driven, pro-active and resilient enough to face any challenge head on – our sales teams work hard and have fun while they’re at it!

We operate in an energetically-paced digital marketplace where projects can change direction with the click of a mouse. So, our graduates need to be able to move with the times – even without having all the answers at hand.

Having excellent communications and presentation skills are equally essential. And, with placements at our offices across the country, you’ll need to flexible about your location –and have a 2.1 or above degree in any discipline.

By the time we’ve finished with you, you’ll be able to successfully manage customer relations; with a complete understanding of the products and services that we offer and the differing needs of the businesses we deal with.

You’ll have great exposure to our Senior Leadership team as well as being mentored by some of the leading minds in business sales.
