We are seeking a graduate to support students with Autism. Ideally you will have had professional or personal experience supporting Autism, but knowledge will be considered. The successful candidate will have an interest in SEN and the desire to develop their understanding of the various needs and practices in place to accommodate them.
This Autism Graduate Support position involves supporting the teaching and learning within a specific class that will be decided nearer the time. By listening carefully to the advice of your mentor, an experienced SENCO, you will be in the perfect position to develop key teaching skills. You will benefit from extensive SEN training.
This school has been recognised for supporting even the least able pupils across the school. With a special focus on pastoral support, this school is a safe haven for its high numbers of SEN students including those with ASD (Autism)
