We’re a small, friendly team of 35, attempting to solve the biggest problem facing small businesses - poor cashflow.

We’re using engineering and machine learning to provide real-time forecasting that really helps small businesses and their accountants to be more confident in their decisions, and allow the owners to sleep a little better at night! We recently got recognised for our hard work by making into Wired’s top 10 UK startups.

We’re looking for a talented, organised individual who is keen to work in a small-but-fast paced marketing department. You’ll be working across the whole marketing department including supporting on social media, content, direct marketing, paid digital advertising and brand. You’ll be flexible and your role will include everything from content and copywriting, to project management and data analysis.

You’ll have a particular focus on the events we attend. We’re looking for someone who can manage our presence at events, organising the logistics while also making sure we hit our event goals - collecting leads and closing sales. You’ll be working on strategy as well - constantly looking for ways to help us drive more revenue through events and prove return on investment for events.

    • Work with the content and social to produce effective communications and drive attendance

  • You’re super organised and don’t miss any small details
  • You’re confident and happy to pick up the phone to sort things out
  • You’re good at problem-solving and keep calm in a crisis
  • Commercial mindset - you’ll understand the costs vs revenue of all the activity we do

  • You’re likely early in your career and keen to pursue a career in marketing, particularly within a small, fast-moving company.

  • Meaningful equity. We want people to have a serious stake in the business so that all of our interests are aligned. It’s your baby too.
  • 25 days holiday – and we will make you take it. Burnout is not big or clever.
