We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Administrator for a forward-thinking, dynamic organisation based in the Leeds Area. You will be part of a busy team and have a varied mix of customer/ client services and administration duties. We are looking for a confident individual at Graduate level or equivalent, who has had some experience within an office-based role. This is an opportunity to join a company that offers great progression opportunities as well a fantastic working environment!
Key responsibilities will include;
* Updating the computer system
* Handling client/ customer queries and providing them with the relevant information
* Liaising with various stakeholders
* Various administration duties
* Identifying opportunities for process improvement
The ideal candidate will have;
* Minimum six months of experience working in an office based role
* Competent using MS Office
* Educated to degree level or equivalent
* Confident communicator
* Excellent attention to detail
