Who we are

Artos is an independent multi-family office based in London. We provide integrated strategic advice and practical assistance in relation to invested capital, real estate investments and commercial projects. We also assist with the structuring and administration of operating businesses.

The Trainee Client Manager role

Our business has grown significantly this year and we are now recruiting a Trainee Client Manager to support the CEO.

The main focus of the role will be assisting with the administration of our clients’ investments and companies, and the preparation and management of client-related documents and files.

The Trainee Client Manager may be asked to assist clients in carrying out basic due diligence on proposed private investments, such as reviewing and summarising investment offer documents.

The Trainee Client Manager will liaise where necessary with our clients’ accountants, lawyers, bankers and other professionals to help co-ordinate and implement their advice.

The role will offer plenty of variety because we respond to client demand in tailoring the services we offer to each individual client, from complex analysis to practical assistance.

We don’t provide financial or investment advice to clients, so financial qualifications are not required although an awareness of investments and corporate transactions would be helpful.

Working at Artos

At Artos we value deep and long-term relationships with our clients, who are typically of high net worth and globally well-connected.They value prompt, insightful advice, integrity and professionalism. As an independent firm, we offer a bespoke, personalised service which clients appreciate. We are therefore looking for an individual who will thrive under early, in-depth exposure to clients and can deliver the exceptional service expected.

The Trainee Client Manager will work closely with the CEO, and as such you will be mentored and guided to fulfil your potential in the role. However you will also be given autonomy and real responsibility from day one. This opportunity to effect real change and manage your own projects should excite you.

Who we are looking for

A 2:1 degree and some relevant work experience (particularly within banking, finance or law) would be highly desirable, however we welcome applications from all candidates who feel they could excel in the role.

More important than specific qualifications are the key attributes we value: commitment to exceptional client care, a keen interest in business and the commercial world, self-motivation and a bias to action, and unwavering integrity and pride in your work.

Salary, location and start date

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

We are looking for office space in West London to use as our base but currently work remotely. The Trainee Client Manager will need to attend meetings in Central London several times a week but can otherwise work remotely until office space is secured.

We will be assessing applications on a rolling basis until the position is filled; the successful candidate will be available to start work no later than 1 January 2019.

How to apply

Please send an up-to-date CV and covering letter torecruitment@artoswealth.com. In your covering letter we would like to get to know you and your motivations for applying for this position. Please feel free to expand on your interest in the sector, what skills, experience and attributes you could bring to Artos and include anything else you feel may be relevant to express your suitability.
