Oxbridge Graduate Teaching Assistant - Person specification / about the role
For this role you must have obtained a minimum of 2:1 degree in any subject from either University of Oxford or University of Cambridge. Ideally you will have some form of work experience working with children not necessarily in an educational context. Furthermore, you must be highly personable in your approach in order to be as relatable as possible to a wide range of students. This is of paramount importance to help children who are finding certain subjects difficult to understand. You must also be confident in your own abilities to make sure you understand the subject area you are teaching.
