Reporting to: Chief of Staff

We’re looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join us on a full time basis to support
the company optimise everyday processes such as recruitment, as well as implement
strategic HR plans.

The ideal consultant will possess in-depth knowledge of human resource management.
They will have experience in consulting as well as dealing with actual HR issues. They
will be strategic thinkers and problem-solvers with excellent communication skills.

The goal is to maximise the value of our HR and recruitment endeavors that will help
the business as a whole.

Roles and Responsibilities

To maintain and update the HR databases, electronic files, and employee personnel folders, archive files and other documents as required by our statutory requirements
Manage the entire recruitment life-cycle from new starter process through to exit interviews
Preparing job descriptions and specifications for roles
Supporting the Company with new identified HR procedures, policies and projects – such as Absence Management, and Appraisals
Provide support for investigations, disciplinary and grievances by producing meeting documentation packs, standard letters, arranging formal meetings and taking and producing minutes within the required timescales for all Clients.
Assisting management during probationary and quarterly reviews
Maintain confidentiality at all times

Requirements

Knowledge employment legislation
Masters or Bachelors Graduate, preferably within Human Resources although relevant degrees will be considered.
Experience in the sourcing and recruitment of employees
Flexible and adaptive style/approach towards the requirements of the role, and the business requirements
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and organised with the ability to data analyse and report;
Previous experience of working in a HR generalist role;
Self-starter who is able to operate with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
Strong IT skills especially in Excel, Word, Outlook;
