This new role combines HR operations with building out the existing management reporting and analysis to help inform HR strategy and decisions within the department and the business. You will have responsibility for processing data associated with on boarding and off boarding employees (joiners/leavers/changes etc. ) so need to be comfortable working with HRIS.
Starting off you will use current systems and excel so you must have advanced skills to include macros, v look up, pivot tables and ideally VBA. The company will be migrating their payroll and HR system in November and will develop that further over the next six months to incorporate a wider self-service, recruitment and L&D offering. You will be key in developing the reporting capability and suite of information available. You will build out the reporting dashboards and work with the HR management team to develop the reporting packs, demonstrating the added value this will offer.
As well as having an interest in and being able to effectively manipulate and cut large data fields you must be able to present your conclusions and findings in a user friendly way through effective use of reporting tools and illustrations.
You will also need persuasive communication skills both written and verbal to write board level commentaries for reports and to l
