We are recruiting a full time Digital Marketing Trainee to join a small dynamic marketing team of talented individuals to help deliver digital campaigns and exponential website traffic growth.

The successful Digital Marketing Trainee will join the the responsible for IAI.TV have training and responsibilities across many aspects of digital website development and marketing including Data Analysis, Content Management, SEO, Customer Experience, Social Marketing,and Content Production. You will work closely with your colleagues in the planning and delivery of the range of the IAI’s digital marketing activity. Tasks such as analyzing website traffic and user behaviour will be a key feature of your role along with optimising our websites and content to help drive ongoing success.

The successful candidate will be a good communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to write short, accessible, and engaging copy. The ideal candidate would have some experience working in digital marketing and be able to show evidence of planning and delivering successful campaigns. Familiarity with analytics software such as Google Analytics would be highly advantageous, but the mathematical ability to interpret and respond to data patterns to help optimize web traffic is essential. Experience working with content management systems is desirable along with some understanding of SEO principles.

Above all we are looking for someone with flair and drive who is excited by our work and the potential for the web to be the driving force of commercial and cultural change. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving forward some of our new projects aimed at raising revenue to support the IAI and its mission.

All candidates will need a strong academic background with at least a 2.1 from a leading university.
