TPT2119 Junior Property Administrator
My client is looking for a Junior Administrator to join their team with the opportunity to grow within the company. The role is based in Elstree, Herts.
Working in the Property Management industry, the role will initially involve dealing with Administration relating to their properties, which will include, downloading information from the Land Registry, typing payment plans, up dating the system with all payments received for maintenance, checking emails, liaising with Property Managers plus much more.
They will provide full training if you are a proactive individual, pay attention to detail, want to learn and most importantly be financial rewarded when your skills grow.
Skills and experience required include, a confident telephone manner, accurate keyboarding skills, ability to be proactive and work on your own initiative, good Word and Excel skills and a fast learner. Ideally you will have up to 1 years experience in an office based role or have successfully completed an Apprenticeship.
