A fantastic secondary school in Harrow is looking to appoint an SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs. You will join a team of 10 SEN Teaching Assistants led by a highly regarded SENCO who has plenty of experience mentoring graduates. Career progression opportunities in this school are endless and the sky is the limit for a driven and ambitious graduate.

The ideal candidate

  • Top graduate (2:1 or above) with a strong academic record
  • Previous experience working or volunteering with young people
  • An excellent understanding of Special Educational Needs in the classroom
  • Long-term commitment and genuine interest in pursuing a career in the school
  • Resilient and patient with the ability to quickly establish trust with young people
