Radiology Department - Twilight PortersApplications are invited from suitable candidates who wish to join the Emergency X-Ray Department, in the position of Twilight Porter (Part-time and full-time posts available). We are looking to cover shifts between 5pm and 6am 7 days a week (working hours and days are negotiable).
This is an excellent opportunity for you to join our friendly team and help to support the radiographers with patients from the Emergency Department, as well as from the wards.
Full and part-time applications will be considered and patient handling, plus other essential training, will be covered in the Trust Induction.
Applicants must have good communication skills, be neatly presented and should be willing to work as part of a team. The role is very physical and involves a lot of manual and patient handling / moving tasks. Previous experience of working with the public and in a hospital setting is essential.
