PBA stands on the outskirts of convention and at the forefront of cutting edge consultancy, delivering trusted advice for over 50 years. Our graduates don’t conform to the ordinary – we design, we advise, we deliver and have a passion for what we practice. It’s that same approach to our clients that will help you succeed on our excellent Graduate Development Programme.
This is an invitation for you to apply to join us on an exciting journey. One where you can bring to life a diverse range of projects and work with leading clients.
Connectivity and access are important factors in driving value through development and infrastructure, and supporting the economic growth that this can deliver. Whether for the public or private sector, we believe these issues need to be considered early in the development of a project concept.
We help our clients understand how people move around and between places, and how this can affect choices about policy development, land use and scheme design. Forecasting the complex demand for movement is important to underpin the development of liveable places, but we believe that the best solutions help to shape movement choices and deliver integrated solutions that are resilient to changing demand over time.
Our advice is based on a sound appreciation of how changing policy can impact on development and infrastructure projects, a strong technical understanding of assessment techniques, and experience of the challenges of planning and design for movement. Even more important, though, is a clear strategic direction to inform our technical work and a creative approach to problem solving.
To join our Graduate Development Programme you need to be passionate and ready to join a leading consultancy to help deliver our projects for our clients. A creative mind is key; you’ll need to demonstrate ‘outside the box’ thinking and innovation in your work to date.
