Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer - Marketing into Consumer
Basic c. £25-28k
OTE £60k+

The Person:
A confident, articulate individual with an interest in the retail/consumer sector. The right candidate will have a strong academic background, be bright with a desire to learn and progress. Ideally someone with B2B sales experience, with an understanding of building and maintaining client relationships. Money motivated, target driven and resilient in nature. You will need to demonstrate strong rapport building skills and be bright and well presented.

The Role:
Building market knowledge and become a specialist in your sector, develop new business opportunities, Cold calling, Build client relationships, source candidates, Screen and Interviewing candidates, negotiating rates and closing deals. You will be focusing on an exclusive requirement in the first 3 months, with over 40 live roles available to fill at present. This will involve candidate generation and business development.
