This warm and thriving Greenwich primary school are seeking a graduate who is passionate about supporting pupils to be the best they can be. Their ideal Primary Learning Support Assistant will be someone who has at least has a 2nd class degree with experience of working with young people, and a strong desire to work in education or related field.

As a Primary Learning Support Assistant you will be helping to progress and develop the numeracy and literacy skills of KS2 pupils. You will support those that are behind on progress levels and help to get them to where they need to be, as well as helping more gifted learners flourish. In your new role you will be able to demonstrate enthusiasm, adaptability and creativity. It will be your responsibility to liaise with pupils, teachers and parents to ensure the best possible learning and holistic outcomes are achieved and any communication or learning barriers are broken down.

In your role as a Primary Learning Support Assistant you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your charisma, personality and compassion. This particular Primary School has a fantastic, supportive faculty who are keen to inspire graduates, fresh out of study, and will allow you to work across different classes to enable you to get the comprehensive experience you will need to go on to your teacher training course / further study.
