Within this Learning Support Assistant position, it will be your responsibility to teach pupils with SEN/EAL in one-to-one or small group sessions upon an array of subjects. Working with these students on a daily basis, it will be the duty of the chosen Learning Support Assistant to cultivate professional and trusting relationships that help these students to engage academically and reach their true potential. Through the mentorship of a talented SENCO, the successful Learning Support Assistant will be fully prepared for these duties.
