We need a bright and enthusiastic Senior Management Team Assistant to join Clarion Futures, a charitable foundation part of the country's largest housing association. This is an 18 Month Fixed Term Apprenticeship.

The focus for this role will be on supporting the Clarion Futures Senior Management Team in such activities as booking events, transport and accommodation, taking meeting minutes, gathering performance information and processing invoices and purchase orders. You'll also undertake such important tasks as setting up new suppliers on the procurement system, support administration of the Community Insight information tool and liaise with managers to ensure they are able to access IT equipment.
At the same time you will study for a Business Admin Level 3 NVQ, developing new key skills and behaviours to support your personal development and progression.
