REGISTERED NURSE with ANAESTHETIC PRACTICE QUALIFICATION / OPERATING DEPARTMENT PRACTITIONER/ ANAESTHETIC PRACTITIONER
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Theatre/Anaesthetic team. The Main/Day Theatre departments are busy units providing a range of Services across a number of specialities. The unit has two Main Theatres and two Day Surgery Theatres. The post available is full time within the Anaesthetic Rota and participation in an on call rota is required to facilitate the provision of out of hours emergency services.
The Department has a friendly supportive environment, which is strongly centred on teamwork and patient care.
Successful candidates would be required to hold a RGN/RN qualification with a qualification in Anaesthetic Practice, or a Diploma/Degree in Operating Department Practice and be able to provide evidence of professional development in Peri Operative practice.
Bronglais General Hospital is situated in Aberystwyth in the heart of Ceridigion. In one of the most beautiful and contrasting counties in the UK, this vibrant University town boasts beautiful beaches, countyside walks and retreats, a wide array of watersports and a busy nightlife.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply
