Based in the heart of London, this rapidly expanding marketing agency provide clients with advice and support in making informed and strategic marketing decisions. They are currently on the search for a self-motivated, confident and money-driven individual to join their team as a Business Development Executive, where the core focus of your role will be to identify business leads and build and maintain client relationships in order to secure future business. You will also be responsible for booking in appointments for the Marketing Consultants/Analysts to meet with potential clients and on occasions, be expected to be present at those meetings. The role:

Source and contact business leads through various channels to continually expand the business' client base and revenue streams.

Coupling your personal communication and listening skills with your knowledge about the company's offering to develop an understanding of potential clients' needs and highlighting how the company's offering can solve clients' needs.

Booking in pitching meetings for the company's Marketing Consultants/Analysts to meet with potential clients for further in-depth discussions about the company's offering.

Attending all relevant market and industry events to promote the company brand and offering in order to strengthen brand awareness within the sector.

Tracking your personal weekly and monthly targets to ensure that you are consistently performing to the best of your abilities and fulfilling the requirements of your role.

The candidate:

A minimum of 6 months B2B sales experience will allow you to grasp concepts quickly and hit the ground running.

Exceptional communication and people skills will enable you to build rapport with potential clients quickly.

An inquisitive nature will allow you to ask potential clients the right questions to enable you to quickly identify if they are right client to work with.

Great listening skills and strong attention to detail will enable you to capture potential clients' "pain point" and allow you to communicate the company's offering in a way that will address the specific issue.

The ability to perceive challenges positively coupled with the ability to demonstrate resilience will allow you to overcome any difficulties encountered on a day-to-day basis.
