The Electronics vertical includes Consumer Electronics, Gaming, Computing, Appliances and Media product categories. As an intern you will be part of this team focused on delivering world-class experiences for our customers, both buyers and sellers. You will be passionate about Electronics and Media inventory and getting the best value products in front of buyers at every opportunity.
You will have an opportunity to work with ebay's high volume of data to synthesize actionable insights and contribute to business growth in a meaningful way for both our buyers and sellers. This role provides you with the opportunity to be part of a customer obsessed, fast paced results-driven e-commerce team, delivering a wide range of trading activity directly engaging with our business sellers and working across the ebay organisation. You will be joining the team at the most exciting time of the year and get a first hand experience of building and delivering a successful Black Friday, Christmas and end of Year e-commerce campaigns.
- Manage a key product category to deliver tangible business growth
- Conduct data analysis to understand business performance and identify growth opportunities
- Identify key Sellers to engage in promotional activities
- Support the electronics team in delivering key initiatives
- Passionate team player, with sense of humor, highly disciplined & organized, able to operate smoothly in a highly dynamic context.
- Interest in e-commerce, retail and the electronics industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills; ability to work with large volumes of data
- Action oriented with strong drive for results
