The Role

Our expanding network of research and development partners plus rapid growth calls for a PA / Executive Assistant to assist the CEO-Founder in daily business management.

The role is ideal for a graduate in business or management, as well as open to all graduates with a skill-set to match the responsibilities of the position:

Skills & Abilities:

- Excellent time management skills. – Reliable, approachable and professional. – Confident with written and oral communication. Able to present information, concisely, clearly and accurately. – Observant to spot any errors or needs. – Flexible with tasks and communication. – Consistent, organised and punctual to deadlines. – Computer literate (Word, Excel, Pages, Gdrive etc) – Ability to interact and work well with external vendors and communicate well with internal staff. – Excellent project management skills. – Managing and distributing meeting notes. – Extremely articulate with excellent business acumen. – Ability to work in a diversified environment.

Core Responsibilities:

- Extensive diary and schedule management. – General administration duties (room booking, filing, phone answering) – Coordinating meetings and conference calls, internally and externally. – Keeping the CEO aware of approaching deadlines for various projects; – Awareness and alertness of ongoing projects and developments; – Reviewing meetings of the day and keeping close communication with the CEO; – Research and preparation of necessary material for conferences and meetings; – Sit-in on office and external meetings. – Liaising with internal and external contacts to coordinate meetings and conferences; – Assist office manager with complex travel arrangements: co-ordination of flights, tickets, VISAs, accommodation and group transportation. – Assist in organising team events. Flexible with tasks and communication. – Become internal part of business, understand group priorities. Proactive in addressing daily ongoing concerns.
