Opportunity:
Full Time Internship, 6-12 months.
Location: Halifax
Financial Compensation: None
Criteria:
All candidates must be attending a higher education course where internship/placement is requisite for course qualification. A scholarship or grant programme must be in place for the required internship from a relevant programme such as Erasmus, Comenius, Youth in Action or European Community Leonardo da Vinci.

• Operational Human Resources, Learning and Development, Recruitment, Talent Management.

• Representation at Social Company Events and Fairs.
• Manpower distribution and recruitment.

• Maintaining database and information streams.
• Point of Contact for Organisation and Company Liaison.
• Management/Distribution of personnel for Sales and Marketing Activities.
• Management/Distribution of personnel for Strategic Partners Activity and Responsibilities.
• Management/Distribution of personnel for Media Partner Duties and Responsibilities.
• HR Business awareness and management skills.
• High level HR administration and HR research functions.
• HR Sales and Marketing awareness.
• Strong interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
• Operational efficiency and effective organisation of personnel.
• Precise and Time-Efficient organisational skills.
• Business Development Awareness.
• Recruitment Directives and Protocol.
• Strong ability to compile and interpret statistical data and communicate it in a professional and understandable manner.
