A fantastic business based near Aston is seeking a talented and driven HR Administrator to contribute to a lively and dynamic team environment, all whilst taking control of an array of HR processes and really adding value to the business. This is a rare opportunity to secure an all-round HR position within a professional office. You will be involved with on-boarding, recruitment, disciplinary issues and a range of administrative duties.
This is a 14 month maternity contract with potential for longer-term
The role will primarily involve working closely with all staff members to manage working relationships, coordinating right to work documentation and ensuring the set-up is seamless. Alongside this you will be maintaining employee records, handling a variety of correspondence via email and phone, assisting with financial admin such as invoices and purchase orders, contributing to improving systems and processes, monitoring absence and holiday and preparing for staff inductions.
This really is a hands-on, administrative role which will require a strong attention to detail, an ability to communicate at all levels and a strong ability to make quick decisions. Ideally, you will have good administrative and HR experience alongside an ability to organise, coordinate and prioritise within a busy working environment. Corporate experience is preferred.
This role would also suit a graduate with a HR placement year seeking a foot in the door.
