Your exams are finally over, you've got big plans to enjoy a well-earned break over the summer months, but what then? University feels like the natural step but what if you can't wait to get your career started? There is an alternative which sees you earning and learning at the same time. Apprenticeships are a great way to get your career off to an early start, gaining recognised industry qualifications and a salary at the same time. At Womble Bond Dickinson, we recognise that university isn't for everyone and we've created a number of opportunities that allow you to start a rewarding career right now.

In 2017 we won an award at the National Apprenticeship Awards ceremony held in London. Building on our past success we have an opportunity within our Facilities Team based in our Plymouth office for a Business Administration Apprentice. Our Facilities team are one of the many functions that keep our business running making sure that we have a great place to work and everything we need to be able to deliver results effectively. That includes our catering facilities, reception teams, building maintenance and postroom and operational support. You see? We couldn't function without them. We're offering our second apprenticeship, within the Facilities team to start as soon as posible, initially within our postroom which will give you a fantastic grounding in our business and an understanding of how we operate, and could be a springboard into a number of exciting opportunities in the future

As an apprentice in this team you'll enjoy a wide variety of tasks, working closely with more experienced facilities professionals, who will be only too happy to mentor and guide you through your formal qualification. You'll be given all the time and support you need to study towards your Certificate in Facilities Management. (Level 2).

We're looking for bright, ambitious and enthusiastic individuals with an appetite for learning and who love working as part of team. You'll need a good academic track record, excellent organisational and customer service skills and will have great communication skills.
