We are looking for a friendly Product Assistant to join our dynamic Product Team and provide administrative support on our European villa program. If you are passionate about the Travel industry and want to make it your career, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities and Duties

• Adding and updating properties on our website and partner sites (content, prices, availability, etc)

• Support product team and directors with contracting tasks and processes

• Data entry (CRM, Salesforce, Booking System)

• Liaising with overseas property owners, suppliers and agents (help resolving queries and issues regarding property listings, contracts and terms and conditions)

• Assisting sales team with queries regarding pricing, availability and property listings

• Creating and updating reports and spreadsheets

• Liaising with the marketing team on special offers, marketing campaigns and specific properties

• Providing feedback and proactively contributing to the team’s performance

• Promoting the company and maintaining excellent working relationships with its supplier at all times

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong MS Office Skills

• Excellent numeracy skills

• Excellent written English

• Excellent organizational skills

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with our suppliers

• Attention to detail

• Ability to solve problems

• Creative and analytical mind

• Able to show initiative and be pro-active

• Previous experience in a travel company, especially in product is desirable, however training will be provided

• Fluency in foreign languages desirable

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £18,000.00 + bonus
