Person Specification - Primary Teaching Assistant
The school requires an ambitious graduate who has obtained a 2:1 or above in their degree, and ideally has some experience working with children. It is essential real passion to work in education. Ideally you will have the desire and motivation to become a teacher in the future. The school therefore requires a graduate who has excellent communication skills and possesses a motivational attitude.
The Role – Primary Teaching Assistant
As a Primary Teaching Assistant you will be supporting children aged between 4 - 11 years old, assisting with the organising, planning and preparation of lessons. The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant who has strong curriculum knowledge, ideally with some experience of working with younger as your duties will include helping pupils of all age and ability.
