A truly exciting time to join us here at Saint –Gobain as we prepare to embark on our new Digital Transformation project. Saint-Gobain is a global leader in the construction industry with a presence in over 67 countries. Digital content is key to our strategy, as such were looking for a Product Information Manager to manage SGBD BPO supplier to populate and manage the SGBD level online catalogue.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will act as an ambassador working closely with the brand, supply chain, IT and the digital team to support quality customer and colleague experience improvements which will drive customer satisfaction and revenue increases. Working with supply chain and category managers you will populate product details into the product catalogue whilst managing the offshore relationship with the BPO supplier.
So if you...
- Have a solid understanding of PIM enrichment and online catalogues.
- Have a strong understanding of SEO, meta data and Google Store.
- Have a proven background in working with suppliers and or customers to develop automated solutions for sharing information across organisational boundaries would be helpful.
- Have experience of B2B e-commerce.
- Have experience of customer driven development and implementation.
- Have good influencing, networking and stakeholder management.
- Are technically competent and proficient in Agile ways of working/methodologies within multi-functional teams.
- Have the ability to work under pressure and autonomously.
- Have strong interpersonal skills, can-do attitude and team-player.
- Are prepared to travel to India as and when required to manage relationships with offshore BPO.
