We are a specialist recruitment consultancy that is rapidly expanding across the UK.We work with some of the biggest brands and blue chip companies on the market today. Our office, based in Central London, is currently recruiting for graduates for a permanent recruitment consultant position.

We are an accredited Investors in People Company and the way we develop our staff was praised in their independent report that stated, “Learning is an everyday activity at James Andrews”.

The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The salary is £25,000 plus uncapped commission where you can look to earn an OTE of £31,000 to £35,000 in the first 18 to 24 months of joining.

The ideal candidate will be a sharp minded university graduate with the ability to hit the ground running and is looking for a career in a fast paced environment.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

·You will be involved in the whole recruitment process, from sourcing candidates for clients' roles to offering an 'after-care' service to those who have landed the perfect job

·Utilise numerous Marketing methods to attract the right candidates

·Develop relationships with prestigious clients and talent professionals

·Receive all the support that you need from your managers and colleagues, including a personalised training manual and personal mentor

·You will work towards realistic targets

·Benefit from numerous career opportunities as we continue to expand throughout the UK, with the potential to help establish new divisions if you are able to prove yourself


·You will be a natural problem solver, while demonstrating a willingness to take ownership of issues that arise

·Experience of being a good team worker, showing respect to all you work with

·Have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

·Be self-motivated

·Possess strong communication skills, verbal and written, and negotiation skills

·Feel comfortable using IT

·Have some experience in, and possess a real hunger for, Sales.
