Business development internship at early stage startup

This opportunity is perfect for a recent graduate looking to get hands-on business development experience and make an impact in an early stage startup. You’ll play a key role in our business development and business operations and report directly to our Founder.

About us
Sierra is on a mission to disrupt private tutoring in the UK with an AI-based solution to in-home private tutoring that creates a truly personalised learning experience for every student. We provide well-paid, flexible, convenient and meaningful work for our tutors who are predominantly University students and recent graduates. We are lead by a young entrepreneur (that’s me, Nick – hi!) who started this business at age 17 in sixth form by recruiting classmates and landing a contract with a local secondary school. 2 years since completing A levels, skipping University and skipping a whole more sleep, we are at a tipping point where things could get really exciting.

During the internship you will also be with us on our journey to secure a seed round of investment, develop our platform and expand into new cities.
