Graduate Building Surveyor
A leading independent, multi-professional consultancy located in Gloucester are seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their highly regarded and expanding consultancy.
The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will be providing technical support to the senior surveyors as well as carrying out a mix of both professional and project work.
As the successful Graduate Building Surveyor, you will have the motivation to develop your career in a challenging, and exciting role within a multi-disciplinary consultancy.
The Role of The Successful Graduate Building Surveyor will include;
* Completing building surveys
* Contract administration (JCT/NEC3)
* Working primarily with public sector
* Working with AutoCAD
The Successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have;
* BSc or MSc Building Surveying (HND considered)
* 1-year experience of building maintenance, refurbishment and alterations
* Knowledge of building principles
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Full UK driving licence
