Mackinnon Bruce established in 2012 and currently employs 25 recruiters in Leeds. We are growing and as such are moving to a custom built city centre loft space with space for a team of 40, plenty of break out space, games area, roof terrace and high spec office facilities which will be ready in Sept/Oct 2018. Along with this we are running a substantial marketing and recruitment campaign including a new design/build of our website and brand which will represent truly our vision, values and culture – launched in Sept 2018. Due to this growth we are looking to recruit at least 5 recruitment consultants to join our entrepreneurial team before the close of 2018.
We provide extensive training over a 6 month period and are looking for highly motivated, ambitious and entrepreneurial graduates and sales professionals to join us in Leeds to play a pivotal role in the next step in our journey as a team and as a business. We have grown year on year and have developed a number of niches across industry including Energy, Natural Resources, Chemicals, Real Estate, Healthcare, FMCG, Environmental, Consulting, Engineering & Construction, Industrial Manufacturing. We offer a huge opportunity to perform and personally develop from ongoing training and working with an elite candidate/client base. Over 90% of the assignments we complete are outside of the UK, as a result as the role develops there is an opportunity for travel; we have successfully filled assignments in Singapore, Thailand, Australia, New York, California, Texas, Grand Cayman, Santiago, Bogota, Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin, Seoul and Shanghai (amongst others) and once trained you will have the opportunity to deliver on similar assignments; subsequent to the international nature of our business we will be opening up 2 international offices by 2020 in the US and Singapore to support our clients and development in Asia and Americas; the team to open this office will come from our Leeds office; if you perform and have ambitions to travel this could be you!

Mackinnon Bruce are proud to be involved in a number of fundraising events over the years and is something we will maintain in the coming months and years; we have raised several thousand pounds for national and local charities, recently we completing the 21 Mile Windermere Row for St Gemma’s Hospice, Great North Run for Anthony Nolan, 2017 Manchester Marathon for Alzheimer’s Society and are looking at other similar events in the remainder of 2018 and 2019.
