One of our schools in Barking and Dagenham are seeking a bright maths graduate with the passion to work and provide mathematical support to GCSE and A-level students, giving you the opportunity to lead your own groups and cover the curriculum!

The Maths Graduate we are looking for...

The Maths Graduate will be talented in their academics, with demonstrable mathematical knowledge in GCSE and A-level curriculum. Experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not essential as training and mentoring will be provided.

The Maths Graduate roles and responsibilities...

The Maths Graduate will work closely with the maths department, supporting lessons across KS3 and KS4 in maths and statistics (A-level and GCSE students). When instructed, you will lead 1:1 and group booster sessions for students who are struggling to grasp the lesson content.
Based in Barking and Dagenham, the staff at this school are particularly interested in a Maths Graduate who is open to exploring a career within education and mathematics and will provide excellent career progression and development prospects.

Location: Barking and Dagenham, East London
Role: Maths Graduate for Academic Mentor role
Pay: £65-£70 a day (paid on a weekly basis) – increases with experience!
Duration: Long-term, full-time role – lasting entire academic year
Essential Criteria: 2:1 graduate with a strong academic background
Desirable Criteria: Experience working with pupils academically
