To be considered for this Primary KS2 Teaching Assistant opportunity you must have the following: *1st or 2:1 Russell Group (preferable) core subject degree *School based experience *Strong Literacy or Numeracy knowledge
As a Primary KS2 Teaching Assistant you would be working with students of varying abilities across a year 4 class supporting the Outstanding class teacher. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a patient, caring, supportive and an encouraging manner within the classroom and towards the pupils.
You should be able to display good communication skills as within this Primary KS2 Teaching Assistant role you will have to liaise between both students, class teachers and parents, whilst holding a patient manner!
It would be ideal if you had previous experience of working within a school or educational setting, or be a strong graduate who is incredibly keen to pursue a career within education and become a teacher. A strong degree and a passion for education are vital ingredients for this school who would fully support the successful candidate.
The Primary School which is situated within the Kensington &; Chelsea borough was graded as Good in its last OfSTED inspection but ambitious Head Teacher has been working hard to ensure the next grading is Outstanding. The building has a modern and colourful feel to it whilst still having its Victorian feel in place. Its walls are decorated with the student’s colourful and vibrant artwork and there is an impressive library situated on the first floor.
