What can you expect?
Our two-year scheme immerses you in the world of big brand marketing, working across one of three businesses: Purina, Confectionery or Nestlé Professional.
Be successful in one of the first two and you’ll spend your first year learning the foundations of marketing, working on a number of projects as well as on communications, innovations and shopper marketing. Your second year will be spent as an Assistant Brand Manager where you’ll own projects for a specific Nestlé brand.
Work in Nestlé Professional and you’ll spend the first year working with comms on building assets and other marketing materials. In the second year, you could transfer to our Sales team, finding out how it links to Marketing and giving you broader commercial experience. You’ll also work cross-functionally, building relationships beyond Nestlé Professional, such as with Supply Chain and Sales, to create confectionery solutions for our brands.

You’ll need great analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions from complex data, turning it into actionable plans for the business.
