What this role can offer you:

What we need to see from the successful Business Graduate Teaching Assistant:
•Passions for the subject
•A desire to teach and progress into Teacher Training
•A want to help develop students understanding of the subject
A mainstream secondary school are keen to meet with Business Graduates who hold at least 2.2 in their degree who are looking to develop a career in teaching. You will get to work alongside the different teachers in the department, gaining different teaching techniques and understanding various ways of controlling a class.
This Business Graduate Teaching Assistant role will give you the chance to work with students in year 7 through to year 11 allowing you to understand how to adapt materials to match the curriculum that each year group follows.
