An incredible opportunity has become available for someone with a RICS accredited degree to train and become a Chartered Surveyor within the niche of Compulsory Purchase Surveying.
The successful graduate Surveyor will be joining a young team within a rapidly expanding and highly successful company, where full support will be given to help you undertake and get through the APC and become a full Chartered Surveyor. After successfully helping his current graduate Surveyor gain their APC, my client is looking for a new graduate to join their team and gain their APC with my client’s help.
Compulsory Purchase Surveyors are specialists who are in the fortunate position to both help people who would otherwise be left in the cold when their home is being bought from underneath them, whilst also offering the Chartered Surveyor the ability to earn a great and progressively increasing living. Win-win!
Empathy plays a crucial part of this role, where your clients will be going through what may well be an emotional rollercoaster, so your job is to be both knowledgeable, but also help guide clients through the process and offer them a 'human' approach top the process.
Our client is well known within their industry and continues to work on some very high profile projects, whilst having the benefit from already helping Graduate Surveyors through their APC in the past - rest assured you will be nurtured, developed and helped to be the best you can be. Crucially, your APC training will involve the required on-the-job hours, which will help you develop your skills along the way.
Once your APC is complete, you will benefit from a strong pay rise and will enter into the company bonus scheme.
This job is full time and Permanent.
All applicants must have a RICS accredited degree, with an interested in progression and gaining full MRICS status.
