To put it simply, their tool increases inbound phone calls. Their easy-to-install widget tracks user behaviour and offers free call-backs, to their clients’ potential customers, in under 27-seconds, increasing the conversion rate of visitor-to-call by up to 60%.
They’re financially backed by Fuel Ventures and have just raised a significant amount of money as part of their second round of investment, giving you the opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing tech startup.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be an integral part of this company’s growth. This is a fully supported role with a huge amount of training, but you will also have the freedom to make the role yours.
Your role will be to reach out to cold & warm prospects using any means necessary. You will primarily be calling and emailing, you’ll be on the phone a lot, so you can’t be shy. Once you’ve got a prospect’s attention you will be arranging and conducting online (supported) demonstrations of our technology in action, and, once they’re hooked, you’ll be supporting them through their free trial, leading up to closing them as a new customer. You will be managing your own leads on our CRM system and will need to have an excellent grasp of your own pipeline.
You’d report into the Head of Sales & Development, who has over 10 years experience in new business sales, including extensive training and management experience. The Founder & CEO and comes from a financial background. He left the corporate world to start the company and is an incredibly hard worker, leading by example. The sales team are tenacious, far from workshy and they genuinely like each other (or they’re hiding it well) and are looking for people they want to spend time with outside the office.
The ideal person
You’re confident, smart and organised... but not boring, never boring. You can’t be afraid of getting on the phone and making noise in the office, you’re a hard worker who has tenacity and enthusiasm for; 1. making money and 2. seeing a business grow because of what you have done. You don’t need to care about tech but you do need to have a passion for being successful, your role is going to have a lot of scope for growth and if you’re good, you could be making a lot of money, as well as having your own team under you in the not-too-distant future. You need to be able to think on your feet without getting flustered and must have a lot of ambition. You’re sociable, outgoing and don’t shy away from a good night out if one is on the Cards.
