We are looking for a new Community Manager who will responsible for managing and adding value to our community of members. This is a versatile role involving administration, coordination, communication, marketing and customer service. Full training and support will be provided!

Job Description

The Community Manager will be responsible for the management and growth of our community of IT consultants.

Key responsibilities are:

- Building and maintaining our administrative records. – Being the main point of contact for our consultant-members and for the consultants who are interested in joining our platform. – Learning to create and run online campaigns to attract new consultants to our portal. – Learning to provide our members with profile, CV or career advice. – Being the main point of contact for our community of consultants. – Tracking and processing requests for access to the training and professional services we provide. – Supporting the efforts of our talent team and learning how to help our customers find candidates for their roles.

Reports to: Product Director.

Work Environment:
We are based in London. You will be given the option to either work from home or to work from our London offices. We meet on a regular basis, talk few times a day on the phone, exchange emails, IM and talk through social media.

This role requires that you work at least 20 hours per week. However, we are not a 9 to 5 organisation and you would be given the choice of performing your work at the hours that suit you.

Profile and qualifications

We need team members who can take responsibility for their own workload and who are able to seek support when they need it. Some community management, customer service or recruitment experience would be an advantage, but we will consider anyone who has the right attitude and skills.

Skills required: – Excellent written and spoken communication skills. – Good at analysing, tracking and organising data in spreadsheets. – Customer service mindset. – Interest for marketing activities. – Interest for the IT recruitment sector / IT recruitment practices. – Desire to learn about campaign/project management. – Problem-solving attitude and ability to come-up with new ideas and suggestions. – Self-motivated and responsible

• You must be based in and eligible to work in the UK (London-based candidates preferred)
• You must be able to speak and write English fluently


The compensation for this role is based on the amount of new consultant registrations and of new requests for access to the training services. You can expect to earn an average of £400-500 per month over the first few months. You will be provided with tools and opportunities to progressively increase your income.
