Our Client, a globally recognised company are currently seeking a Business Change & Operations Manager to join their team in London.
Responsibilities will include:-
To continuously monitor, improve and manage the operations of our client, with a particular focus on their UK operations, to ensure operational efficiency, excellent client service, quality, professionalism and financial performance.
To work with the Operations Director and Business Change and Operations Manager to help shape and then deliver our client's key business objectives and strategy, as well as ensuring that the business continues to grow in accordance with the vision and strategy of the head office.
· Degree qualified
· MBA preferred
· Experience of operations management in complex organisations with change adverse, distributed stakeholders
· Experience in integrating or reshaping teams or divisions within organisations
· Line management responsibility, ideally in multi-locations
· Developing and driving use of MI to ensure teams are acting on fact
