The home destination for this particular opportunity will be within the Assembly Planning department at the MINI Plant in Oxford.

Based in the assembly manufacturing plant, the Planning department represents the exciting new MINI products and the change that these new products may bring within Plant Oxford Assembly.

If you have an inquisitive mind, a passion for processes, innovation and production, a thirst for vehicle assembly knowledge and if you would like the opportunity to work in a highly complex production facility, the planning department could be for you.

Our planning department covers all aspects of vehicle manufacturing from assembly structure, facilities and controls planning to process planning that may need high complex automation. Our team is driven by new vehicle launches as well as always using the latest available technology and innovations such as collaborative robots. Furthermore, our work includes the planning, purchasing and installation management of this special equipment while meeting milestones and clear targets.

Your role will involve the management of complex planning projects which would have clear milestones and targets that need to be met. This would involve Project/Supplier Management as well as Invest/Budget Steering of particular project.
