What the ideal Field Sales Representative will look like?

You will be self-driven and motivated with prior external sales experience (either field sales/ territory sales/ channel sales) and evidence of the ability to deliver up to ten sales calls per day. You will be excited by the prospect of new business development and have a ‘can do’ approach to the individual and team delivery of the targets set. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work interlinked with the branch network and see your sales adding value to every client you contact.

If you are competitive, driven, self-sufficient and hungry then you will excel in this role as you will be operating in an autonomous field sales environment that will see you manage you own time and diary.

Portfolio management is essential and you will be able to demonstrate the ability to promote new products to current clients. Your ability for short sales cycles and long term client management will see you excel.
