As a member of our incredible service desk team, you will support our clients on a day to day basis, working with a range of technologies and partners to deliver an outstanding service.
We’re looking for developers who love problem solving. If you’re passionate about working with complex solutions, tackling different challenges every day and providing excellent customer service then you’re the sort of person we’re looking for. If you love to learn new, exciting technologies, even better.
Every day brings new challenges to the software support team. You’ll work in a multi-disciplinary team supporting our clients on a day to day basis and bringing creativity and innovative problem solving to issues that arise. This role is not about “switching it off and on”– it’s about coming up with a long term fix, a proactive action that will avoid further issues in the future and creating software that delivers value and delights. As part of the role you will spend some time seconded to project work where you’ll continue to develop your skills.
