Job Description

Practical Action have an exciting opportunity for a Knowledge and Learning Officer to join our team and support us to achieve the changes that we want to see in the world. Working closely with thought leaders from across Practical Action internationally, you will support the promotion of learning and sharing to help us to achieve change for some of the poorest communities in the world. You will need to manage processes and systems to gather and share knowledge, you will help to identify the key areas where knowledge and evidence is needed and you will work with a diverse range of colleagues to ensure this work is prioritised.

About you

With an interest in international development, the successful candidate will have experience of knowledge management or organisational learning. Ideally you will have worked in a multi-cultural environment and you will have experience of facilitating effective groups and conversations virtually, and engaging a wide range of stakeholders. You will need to be highly collaborative and persuasive to drive knowledge and learning activities which lead to greater impact. For full details of the role please refer to the recruitment pack.
