Our expanding London office are seeking 1more than 40 Trainee Recruitment Consultants who will recruit in the technology or change field. With start dates between now and September available. You will be joining several other trainees at the same time and do your training together. The Nicoll Curtin Group are an ambitious company, owning Nicoll Curtin, District4 and BeecherMadden and we are expanding all businesses right now.

The intensive training will take you through sourcing and managing candidates, working with existing clients and new business development. This will be delivered centrally, on desk and we also have an online learning portal.

The salary is £23,000 and we offer you uncapped commission.
To be successful in recruitment you need to have excellent communication skills, be positive and upbeat, enjoy talking on the phone and meeting clients face to face, be good at problem solving, be commercial and be resilient to persevere to hit your sales targets.

To work in this office you will need to have the permanent right to work in the UK. Also you will need to be a fluent English Speaker with strong telephone communication skills.
